I’m a mover and a shaker in general, and this is particularly true when I’m on a shoot. I’m twistin’ and turnin’, climbin’ and jumpin’ and to top it all off, I DO NOT have a steady hand, plain.and.simple.

Excellent primer on ways to reduce camera shake with photographs that illustrate various body positions. A basic lawa of the universe is that if there is unintentional blur in a photograph said photograph is worthless.

Some of the positions described are a little tricky for the unfit over 45 crowd (I do speak with great expertise on this if nothing else here.)
