MSNBC stock gas pump footage
A quick thought. Has anyone noticed that MSNBC have been using the same piece of stock footage everytime they do a story about rising gas prices. It is a clip, lasting about 4 seconds of a woman in beige sweater and Jeans filling up her car. They use it on all shows and it must be running at least a dozen times a day.
I presume that its stock footage as they never show the woman’s face, therefore negating the need for a model release. Also no identifying Logos or other branding appear.
I am seriously thinking of setting up a Paypal donation button so that we can club together and buy MSNBC a shiny new piece of stock footage.
