Art at Isabella Bean
I haven’t posted much for a few weeks but there is a good reason. I have been busy with both work and non work projects. I am not claiming that I didn’t have the time but rather that my brain was full and that something had to give – temporarily at least.
The big news is that Meg and I will now be arranging art shows for Isabella Bean Coffee House at 9 Lincolnway, Downtown Valparaiso. Things are progressing smoothly and three excellent artists, all working in NW Indiana have agreed to participate in the first of, hopefully many, shows.
The coffee shop provides a wonderful space with two very long, high walls, one is exposed brick and the other is painted.

Much more information about the artists, dates, reception etc. here.
I have also been doing a lot of painting over the past month (canvasses not houses) for a different project, I will be posting about that some time after the 26th of this month. These projects combined with work have left very little time for either photography or unfocused political rantings. I really do hope to rectify this sooner rather than later.
