I am not sure what too suggest. I haven't had to install the notebook extension since I wrote this.I am currently using Firefox 3.5.5 and notebook is working fine.This page does get a lot of traffic so maybe someone else can advise.Good luck! My memory is not the best and the ability to highlight, note and then search has really saved my neck more than once.I hoped that they'd take it a stage further and integrate it's search function with gmail and Google calender but I guess that won't happen now. But I still don't know why:1- Google ever dropped the tool in the first place. 2- The extension was wired to self destruct just because the version number is in excess of 3.Still looking for an alternative.
