Thanks for the number - that could come in very handy.

- so far it hasn&#039;t come back . Still think the company is out of line, sending the user to a page they don&#039;t want to go to is bad enough but then changing settings so that the user cannot reset his browser by using the normal options interface is really bad. They have set up something to deliberately thwart the user - that is downright sleazy.

I think that whoever has done this is making a serious fortune and they can afford to hire someone to be nice.</description>

		<description>I had the same problem on my computer. I did a lot of research and finally found the company&#039;s phone number. I spoke to a customer service rep and they were actually very helpful. They helped me get the program off of my computer very easily. Their number is 1-800-831-8940 I hope this helps.</description>
